Crafts n cuddles
Another fun weekend… SX is in Ohio playing treehouse in Amish country while Hagan and I hang out with some very wonderful women for crafting fun! Some earrings came about that originated from the earlier Arboretum post…

Puppy post
Our fuzzy poochie is on her way to another world. Events like these often lead me deep into my thoughts pondering life and all of its wisdom. During this moment of reflection, I came across a quote by Mario Cortes:
“Intentions are not destinations. What people promise to do and what they end up doing may be two different things. The best predictors of character are not the words of the moment, but the actions of the past.”
Indeed, sometimes the past is all you have to reflect upon. What you make of it makes you.
Soft fur, warm to touch
Jumping through bushes
Chasing a squirrel
Pleading with big eyes
For a taste of my food
Licking my face
With love and delight.
